it was my grandmothers first and middle name....
When I was younger I didn't really like it...seemed very old fashion. Now I actually like it, even though its a little old fashioned I think it flows nicely

Norah follows the same pattern, and Nellie has Ruth Mera DH's fave grandma and my fave gran's middle name.
My middle name (which I go by... thanks Mom and Dad!) is Michelle. My favourite middle names are Elizabeth and Grace.
My grandmother's "McC----" maiden name. I have always liked it, I didn't know anyone with any Mc__________ names for a very long time!
My 2nd DD has two middle names - Elisabeth and my mum's maiden name too
