Should I do it?

Another question for you ladies... thank you in advance for helping me out. I've only been here for a week and already I feel much more optimistic and supported.

RE put me on Endometrin a few months back when we identified a LPD. But as I mentioned in an earlier post, my ovulation days have moved up from days 19-20 to anywhere from day 12-16. Last month, RE still had me use progesterone supplements because she thinks I have a low progesterone issue. (Although when I was tested at the beginning of our IF journey, my OB said my progesterone level on day 21 was so high they thought for sure I was pregnant). 

According to FF, I may have ovulated on Day 12 this cycle, but my peak day on my monitor didn't show until days 13/14. So now I am trying to figure out if I should use the progesterone or not. I emailed RE, but I'm pretty sure she will tell me to do it, but if I didn't ovulate yet, it could prevent me from doing so later in my cycle. Part of me really wants to trust my body -- I ovulated early/on time. That should mean something is working, right? Also, DH and I have already decided to start IUI cycle in June, so I have kind of given up on getting pregnant this cycle and definitely next, so maybe I should just take a break from trying to mess with things. But then, if I don't use it, what if my progesterone levels really are low. I'm so confused! Any thoughts?
