    Diagnosed with Anti little c antibodies. DS1 7.11.11 - Anaemia and Jaundice. 10 days in the NICU, 1 exchange transfusion and 4 blood transfusions. DS2 29.8.13 - Anaemia 7 days in the NICU and 1 exchange transfusion. Both are now happy and healthy.

    We won't be spanking.  Spanking has been well studied and is not found to be effective and is not recommended.  I also think intuitively that if you have a strong aversion to doing something to your child, then maybe it isn't a good idea.&nbs

    We haven't talked about it and so far, we haven't needed to spank DD. I'm not against it. If it works as a discipline form for you, go for it. DH and I were both spanked. Personally, my mom's spanking was a joke. But my dad's spanking bordered on abusive.
