Seduction...

Is it wrong that I'm trying to seduce my husband because I want to go into labor?  He wants me to go one more week before I deliver.  My 5'3" frame has put on just about 50lbs for the twins and I'm so over it.

    Go for it if you think it's safe.  It's doubtful you'll just pop right I to labor anyway, maybe a day or two.  The hospital tour said not to go into hospital within 24 hrs of having sex b/c it produces contractions.  If after 24 hrs you are

    Most hospitals have a mandatory NICU stay for babies born

    before 36w. But im sure your comfort is more important.

    If doc has told you not to have sex, then I agree with all these ladies, that you need to lay off it. Your babies still need to cook!! If doc has said that sex is all good, then go for it. It probably won't do anything any way.

    I can appreciate you wanting to spend time with your other children, but being on bedrest with  I'd try to hold out as long as possible. I'm sorry that your not feeling well. Hopefully it gets better for you. GL.

    I've been doing this all weekend. I will be 38 weeks on Tuesday, and I'm ready to get this show on the road!

    ETA: I wouldn't consider it at 35 weeks though.

    35w is average for multiples brcause we tend to go into early

    labor, not because the babies are ready. Multiples are not

     Usually around 38 weeks. 39 weeks for twins is equal to 42 weeks singleton.

    Are you not allowed to have sex per doctors orders? Otherwise pound away, your only going to go into labor when your ready. And I do agree with DH let them babies have one more week at least. Your pain and suffering now will be worth not having to do the

    Sorry but you gotta suck it up. I'm 35 weeks today with my twins, 4'11" 105 lbs before pregnancy, I am beyond uncomfortable. Babies born at 35 weeks still have NICU possibilities. Give your babies the best chance possible and let them bake a little long
