Before pregnancy I was a modest size and through pregnancy I gained 35 pounds (I was underweight at 140 and I'm 5'9" before pregnancy) since giving birth I've dropped 18 pounds in a week and while I feel good my closet just isn't agreeing with me!
i didn't really buy maternity clothes because I thought of them as a waste of money so I just rocked the sweats and maxi dresses through pregnancy. Now I'm over the sweats and want to wear normal clothes again but besides a few long tanks and my "fat jeans" that now fit perfectly there isn't much to wear.
i had a mini breakdown as yesterday was my birthday and I had nothing that made me feel special to wear. We are tight on money and going to buy a bunch of clothes is out of the question.
To get to the point: what are you mommies doing to make you feel pretty? Any advice on clothing styles or options you're loving on your postpartum body? I can go buy a few items ($100 or so budget) so any recommendations would be great!

Don't get discouraged... I know that's so much easier to say than to do. Anyway, my husband bought me a t-shirt extender from walmart. Basically it's a wide band of fabric that you can wear sort of like a belt, but for all those shirts that are too sho
