I'm feeling sicker than I did with my last pregnancy, though knock on wood no puking yet. Snacking seems to help a bit, though can be tough as a teacher. Any recs on good snacky foods to help? Carbs and peanut butter have seemed helpful. I've kept pretzels at my desk, though they then make me thirsty! What's your best goto 1st tri snack?

And ladies for those headaches (which for me seem to come

Jolly Ranchers! Something about sucking on a sour candy helps. Bananas also help...and ICE cold water. I am also taking 1/2 B6 and 1/2 Unisom 2X a day, seems to be working since I'm only slightly nauseous now. GL
