I was away from DS for a whole feeding for the first time yesterday, so I pumped 3 hours from the start of when I last fed him. I stopped pumping once both 5 ounce bottles were filled to the top, which was about 10 minutes. This seems like a lot to me, and more milk was coming, but I didn't have anything to put it in. It was the middle of the afternoon, and my water and food intake was very normal. Is that normal? Is it too much?

Re: Is this too much?
4 oz after an 1.5 hours is A LOT. You have an oversupply. Typical is 1 oz per hour, so after 1.5 hours the normal is 1.5 oz (ranging from 1-2). You are getting about 3 times the normal amount. I get 4 oz when I replace a feeding
