Re: Symptoms
Make a pregnancy ticker
I'm pretty good with only having nausea for a few hours each morning. My face and neck get pretty warm at least once a day (I try to walk on lunch to help my hormones out). My hands were falling asleep at night until my sister told me to sleep on my left side and put a pillow between my legs. The biggest pain is the bloating and constipation....blah
Today my hormones must have kicked in. I'm nauseous, tired, bloated, and want to crawl in the corner and cry for no reason. haha
Can't wait until my appointment in 7 days to ease this first time preggo's anxiety.
I feel how everyone else has been feeling...my face looks like a pizza, I feel sick all the time and would prefer to vomit then feel like I have to vomit...That may change once the morning sickness starts. When I take my boobs out of my bra it's the highlight of my LONG days! I AM ALWAYS SLEEP and must sleep as soon as I get home. I am also growing facial hair as well. I EVEN freaked out on my love because he drank all the orange juice. Even though it gives me heartburn I was really passionate about the principle. I pee every 2 hours....I keep extra undies on me cuz when I have to go it is no stopping me. Sunday is my birthday and ALL I wanna do is EAT!!!! I have reservations for all my favorite restaurants this weekend!
I still worry about miscarrying but I am not as fearful as I was because all my blood work was really good!
Waiting on our love child
XOXOXO
Your not ALONE with theses feelings!
Congratulations!
I am 7 weeks today. My husband and I were not exactly planning on having a little one just yet since we got married at 19 and have been married less than 2 years now. The prenatal visit went well and the nurse says I am 7 weeks but I don't remember my period dates so I'm not sure how accurate this is and I cannot wait to go to my first OB visit on the 21st of May to see if I can find out for sure how far along I am.
As far as symptoms go, I feel like I have them all. Terrible nausea that lasts from the minute I wake up to the minute I fall asleep and gets worse when I am driving or being driven somewhere. Eating is very difficult since the last thing I want to do when I feel sick is eat. Ginger ale doesn't help me but I have found that sucking on a peppermint lifesaver does give me temporary relief. The nausea is the strongest symptom and the second strongest is the fatigue. I am constantly exhausted for no reason. Going to work is very difficult for me right now and luckily, my boss is very understanding. The other symptoms I have that don't bother me quite as much are very sore, tender breasts, moodiness (my husband's favorite one) and more frequent urination.
So far, overall, I feel like absolute CRAP all the time and I kinda wish someone would have warned me and educated me about the TRUE feelings of pregnancy. All I have ever been told is that it is "wonderful" and "beautiful"...HA! Aside from the feeling like crap, I feel scared a lot and kinda confused.
I guess I just have to take everyone's word for it that it "does get better"...
Me too! No morning sickness yet... guess that's a good thing, but I know what you mean about not feeling pregnant. Just went for my first ultrasound and I half-expected there to be no baby in there! (but it was there, and I got to see the heartbeat!)
