I went to the doc today and have protein in my urine plus high BP 155/94. I'm now at the hospital and have been diagnosed with severe preeclampsia aka HELLP. My liver ensymes are out of control. Ive had one of the steroid shots and am on magnesium, so hopefully we an get one more steriod shot in before they're born. The babies will likely be born on the next 2 days. I'm 26w4d today.
We're at a great hospital and have met with the NICU doc, Ob, anesthesia and MFM.
Any TPJ you can send my way would be much appreciate. Also any positive stories would help too, we're scared.

BFP on Cycle 17 09/27/12. EDD 06/04/12! Please Stick Baby! A/S 01/22/13 Baby looking great. Officially TEAM BLUE! Jack is getting a Baby Brother! RCS scheduled for 05/29/13. William Daryll born at 9:59am on 05/29/13. Left ovary and tube removed due to peach sized tumor found during RCS. Pathology came back benign!
11/2010 - Surprise BFP - m/c @ 16 weeks - dx Lupus Anticoagulant
1/2012 - Clomid & IUI #4= BFP twins! On Lovenox - m/c @ 16 weeks
9/2012 - Clomid & IUI #5= BFP! EDD 6/6/13

We lost our first (EDD 07/23/12) after finding out at 12 weeks there was no longer a heartbeat. Our rainbow was born 05/22/13 and was worth all we went through.

There is a poster on my old BMB [July 2011] whose daughter was born around 25 weeks if I remember correctly due to HELLP. Her name is Damabo. You might page her over there for advice unique to your situation.
Good luck sweetie. I had pre-e with my first and understand how difficult it can be. Sending lots of prayers your way. Hopefully the meds will help and you will keep those babies much longer!
ETA: They were able to get my pre-e under control with meds/bed rest and they induced me at 37 weeks. Hopefully they can do the same for you.
