Hi Everyone,
My pregnancy was a complete surprise and miracle, and I want to find a name that reflects that. The short story is, I didn't even think I was ovulating, and while at the doctor's office to get Clomid, I was unknowingly pregnant! Once I found out, it was a long first trimester since I had a 50% chance of mc (balanced chromosome translocation). I got the results of my genetic testing, and I am having a healthy girl (although she also shares my chromosome issue, so will go through what I did when she decides to have kids).
I want to give her a name that will reflect what a "blessing" or "miracle" or "gift" she will be. I would appreciate any suggestions of names, or recommendations for websites to help me find one. Also, in the meantime, I did put all the names I like in a poll, so please help me decide!
Thanks!

Baby names that mean ?miracle? and ?blessed?
The following baby names are not only unique, but they have special meanings perfect for your miracle baby.
The French baby girl names Mireille, Marvel and Marvella all mean ?miracle,? while Mireya is a Spanish name that means ?miracle.? Micaela and Mikelle are both English names that mean ?gift from God,? while Mirabelle is a French name that means ?of incredible beauty.? We also love the names Bea, Gwyneth, Annie, Sachi, and Atara which all mean ?blessed.?
Congratulations on your healthy pregnancy!!
I'm going to advise giving DD a middle name such as Miracle or Blessing or something of the like. That way she won't be the little girl with the odd name but she'll still carry that special meaning with her. Honestly, most people won't say "Oh your name is XXXX? That means "gift" in Swahili, I dig it"
Well, some of use NB Bumpies might, but we're name-obsessed.
Other than that, I know my first name, Gianna, means "God is Gracious" which fits your situation (if you're spiritual). Gianna is Jane in Italian so Jane has the same meaning.
Congrats on a healthy baby girl!
Suggestions...
Gia - "God's gracious gift"
Jane - "God's gracious gift"
Mercedes - "gracious gifts, benefits"

This site lets you search names with a particular meaning. Example: You can put in "gift" and it will give you all the names that have gift in the meaning.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I just want to give you a world as beautiful as you are to me.
Dorothy- Gift of God
Dora- Gift
Our little boy's middle name, Nathaniel, means gift--and we chose it for that reason. I can tell you from my experience that it's very powerful to name your child with such a meaning...I love calling him by his full name! Beautiful choices.
There are a TON of names that mean gift. Here is a list from the website we used:

Miracle and Blessing have much shorter lists--but this website certainly isn't the be all and end all. Just one resource!

I've had a similar experience.
DS is Theodore, it means "gift of God." So does Matthew and Nathaniel.
Nathan means "He (God) gave."
If this is a boy his mn will be Samuel after the prophet in the Bible that was conceived after much prayer, it also means "God has heard."
There are several other Biblical figures conceived similarly.
Joseph means "God will increase/add" as does Josephine.
Mary is sometimes said to mean "wished for child" and there are dozens of name options for that.
