How long for fenugreek supps to work?

I started taking fenugreek supplements to increase my supply. I?m taking 2 capsules twice a day.

How long before I actually see an increase in my supply? Do I need to increase the dosage?

LO is 3 weeks old. I am currently only managing to pump 1 oz after 1 double pumping sessions (and I pump 8 times a day which includes early am pumping sessions i.e 2am). I?ve tried massage, power pumping, Mother?s Milk tea, oatmeal, etc. and nothing is helping so I?m really hoping the Fenugreek will work...how long will it take?? Have any of you ladies had success with this supplement?

    I take 4 capsules 3x daily.  What is the potency of your Fenugreek? I read on here (or kellymom) that you should smell like syrup.

    Are you EPing or pumping between nursing sessions? 1oz if you're EBFing is normal, but if you're not I can understand wanting to increase your supply! I've heard take Fenugreek 34 pills 3x per day, but I had no luck. I'm now taking Motherlove's More Milk Special Blend and saw a supply increase the first day. So different women respond differently.

    I take 3 pills 3x a day and I noticed an increase in my supply in less than 72 hours later.
