    I love it for a boy. But I have a dog named Otis...so can't really use that name.

    Milo is NMS for a boy, and I really dislike it for a girl. If I were you I'd keep thinking.

    I don't even like Milo for a boy. But it definitely is not unisex!

    I've searched a lot on the web about the name Maddox for a girl...everyone hates it! They all say its too masculine...well my name is Randi and that I feel is pretty masculine but it doesn't mean its a bad girls name in my opinion.  Anyways....I really like Maddox for a girl, thinking about that myself.  I think Milo would be a cute nickname for a girl but for the full first name might be a little different.  Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions of what you could use as a longer name to use Milo as a nickname.  Good luck!
