Maybe it's because I'm out of town visiting family for Thanksgiving, or maybe because I'm so stinking busy, but I keep forgetting I'm pregnant. I mean, I'm exhausted and my boobs are popping out of my bra (with my last kid they got up to an E from an A, they went back down to a
. But those are all my symptoms.
Last night I ate a bunch of clams and almost pigged out on brie until I was like OH WAIT!. Two nights ago, I almost drank some wine and then I was all, "I'm KNOCKED UP!" Seriously. I'm the worst mom already. At least I'm remembering my prenatal vitamins.
My mom told me she was "worried" for my child when I told her I wasn't sick. Thanks mom. I was worried too until I remembered that's NOT SCIENCE.
Is anyone else forgetting?

Mom of a Princess, Wife of a King! Nervously Expecting!
Our kids are about the same age! Just a couple weeks apart. Let's start a terrible pg mom club. I wish my husband would forget I was pregnant so I could drink!
I was super sick with my daughter from day one until well into the third tri. So, I think that's why she's all, "I'm worried." Also, my mom is crazy. And it takes a lot not to be brought down with her.
Oh believe! BELIEVE! It's pretty awful.
Haha! He certainly didn't forget because he poked fun at me saying "I wonder if they make drink deliveries in LD". I just totally forgot!!! We hardly ever go out to eat because toddlers can be holy terrors in public places where they are asked to be confined for more than 15 minutes. When we do go out I usually order myself one fancy schmancy drink. Old habits die hard I guess. I feel like a fool for forgetting I'm pg!
This, totally. I could not forget for a second with my son after all we went through. now I forget for chunks of the day and even when I do remember, it all feels theoretical. I can't connect the images we saw on the ultrasound with the fact that I feel 100% normal with the exception of peeing, eating, and sleeping more. It's been a weird experience so far. I think it will feel more real when we're out of first tri (right around Christmas day).
