I agree with most of the responses on MandJS's thread. Lots of newbies, lots of lurkers coming out of hiding, lots of new SNs popping up leaving a lot of us who have frequented this BMB for months with a big question mark. So, lets have a introduce/reintroduce yourself thread. If you're a regular, reintroduce yourself. If you're a newbie/lurker/AE, introduce yourself - okay, go...
Re: S/O of MandJS's s/o newbies and intros post: Introduce/Reintroduce yourself
I have posted here and there..seems as if I have posted more lately since I am getting closer to labor day and am a FTM.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Danielle, married for almost 2 years, expecting our first, a baby boy, Jayden Blaize. I am due 11/11 and plan on having a normal VB with meds. Counting the days

hello!
I do not think I ever did a real introduction on our BMB. I used to post on the IF, TTGP, and TTGP35 boards during our struggle to get pregnant. But I stopped for a while because it made me more depressed.
I am 37, DH is 36. By the time we married neither of us felt we would ever have kids so having a baby is a huge deal to us. I feel very lucky that even with the AMA, blood pressure, RA, and Fibro my pregnancy has gone fairly well.
We are having a boy, Donovan Alexander and we are very excited to finally meet him!
I'm Sarah and I'm not a newbie. I had an account on TK over 6 years ago when I planned my wedding. I discovered the BMBs and community boards in a Bump magazine I saw at my midwife's office at my 12 week appointment. I created a new account with a less identifying SN (TK SN used my real name). I introduced myself then and I've been a regular on this BMB and the December BMB since May.
I'm 36 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. He's our first and he was a complete surprise! My pregnancy has been extremely uneventful and enjoyable, and we're really excited to meet our LO. I live in Colorado with my husband and two beloved dogs.
ETA: I reintroduced myself with my SN instead of my real name :-/
Hi! Not sure if I've done this before...I only post here and there and mostly lurk.
I live in the Boston area, teach preK, am a FTM, and love to cook. Due 11/18 and can't wait!!
Hi all! My name is Dana. I've never introduced myself because I discovered this board quite late, like last month... But, you ladies have been extremely helpful and entertaining and I am sorry I didn't know about this sooner!
I'm a FTM, with baby girl due Nov. 25th (I also live in SE Michigan). Still haven't quite fully committed to a name, but I think it's going to be Margaret (nn Maggie).
Hi All! I'm Ann, and I'm due to give birth to our first child, a little girl, on 11.12.12.
I am working Marketing / Community Relations and I live in Scottsdale, Arizona. I've been married to my DH for over two years, and we are thrilled that after 17 months of trying we are welcoming our fabulous little one soon!
Reintro here:
I had an account with TK as well back in 2008 and lurked here and there for a looooooong time. I eventually got divorced so I decided that when I got pregnant, I would make a new name on TB. But anyways, my name is Amanda and I am 26 years old. I live in Western PA with my SO. We are expecting our first baby on 11/3 and it's a little girl!
Does this mean you are a Steelers fan? I'm a huge Steelers fan, as my family is originally from SW PA
I'm Sadie, I've been on this board since some time this summer. Before that i kicked around TK a little (but not much).
This is my first (and only) child and I'm so excited to get this kid out of me. I hate being pregnant with a passion.
I'm known for being pretty blunt and a fierce debater, but don't worry, my bark is worse than my bite. Most of the time I'm like everyone else here...helpful/supportive/sympathetic.
I've been around since my BFP, but here it goes:
I'm Angie. My DH and I are expecting our first after two losses last year. We are team green and SUPER excited to meet this little person shortly. We're due Nov. 19th, but I don't think I'm going to make it there (just my opinion...nothing from the Dr. yet.

~*~*Everyone Welcome*~*~
Hi All! I mostly lurk around here, even more so now that I am not working anymore, and if DH is working nights (which happens a lot) there isn't much else to do.
My name is Kiley, I'm a FTM. I live in Northern Albera where we are already in full blown winter. I work in pharmacy, which was getting to be too busy with it being flu season, making being at work very uncomfortable and very demanding on the body, which is why I stopped early. Really looking forward to meeting our little girl, and hoping she decides to come just a little bit early so she can stop torturing my insides!
I'm Christina... FTM due November 4th, this Sunday. I am 24 years old and very excited to meet our baby boy very soon. I have enjoyed reading the posts in the November Board, and it is exciting to see so many go into labour already!
Good luck to everyone!
I did an introduction way back in my first trimester but since I have rarely if ever posting for quite awhile I should probably reintroduce myself.
My DH and I have been married for about 4 1/2 years and we have an almost 3 1/2 year old son. We are expecting our second son sometime around the middle of November. I'm an assistant prosecutor in a small town in North Dakota with a civil practice on the side, mostly uncontested family law but occasionally estate planning and some real estate. DH works for his family's crop insurance agency and gets to come home early a lot just because his dad decides to close early or doesn't have anything else for my H to do. I am insanely jealous of this.
Intro: I'm a FTM, 34 (DH is 35), live in the DC area and am due 11/24 - a boy. DH and I have been married 9 years. For various reasons we waited a while to get pregnant and now I feel the clock ticking. It sounds crazy, but I'm already thinking about how soon we can have another (since I don't want to get to far beyond age 35 just in case). (Ideally would like 2-3 kids). Of course as a FTM I have no idea what to expect and this could all change...depending on how this experience goes! I also work full-time with not a lot of flexibility so that's another challenge.
I lurked for a while before posting- much appreciate everything I've learned from this group- it's the best place to go when you're feeling excited/crazy/nervous/sad about pregnancy for whatever reason and don't want to burden DH one more time...
Me:36, DH:37
DS born 11/2012
BFP 7/26/14, Missed M/C at 8 weeks, discovered at 10 wks, 6 days, D&C 9/22/14, Dx: Partial molar pregnancy
I'm Kelly, FTM expecting a boy on Nov 24th. My semihigh school sweetheart and I have been married for 5 years. I started checking out TB when we were TTC but it was getting to difficult so I stopped till 3 months after BFP.
I am also guilty of not participating in HDBD, gif's or siggys. I am horrible when it comes to that type of technology.
Excited to hear birth stories/see baby pics. Congrats to all the new momma's and good luck to all the soon to be momma's.
I don't know if I ever introduced myself or just started posting!
I am a SAHM with a 13month old living on the CO/WY stateline!
? Voted Cool Cat ~ 2012 Sweetpea Mom Awards ?
My son is from my previous marriage. This baby is with my bf. He is a police officer and I am a preschool teacher. I have a degree from OU in middle childhood education, but due to the way Ohio does things and the economy, finding a job in my area has proven difficult.
Please excuse any spelling or punctuation errors as I am bumping from my phone and there always seems to be issues with the symbols showing up and my phone autocorrecting things without me noticing. :
Great idea! I've been feeling more and more guilty of being such a lurker, but loving everything I read on here.
I'm Jill, 34 years old, FTM due Nov 8. Proud member of Team Green. Was put on couch potato rest 3 months ago after lots of contractions and positive FFN test. Rest has been lifted now that I'm so close to my due date, and I'm now having fewer contractions than I've had in months! So happy this little baby is still cooking. Feeling a great sense of peace and calm...ready and waiting.
I am a total lurker and really regret that I have not actively participated. But, I love this board and have really benefitted from the discussions; sometimes from the info, sometimes just from the laughs!!
My name is Kadie. I have a DS that is 2 and I'm expecting boy/girl twins that will be here on Friday!!!
I post every now and then on this board but mostly on my DS's BMB, Aug 2010.
Hi.
Reintroduction here we go! I will try to make it awesome. My name's Kayla, but everyone just calls me jolie (which is cool by me since it means pretty in French.. haha, y'all have been calling me pretty this whole time, tricked you). I'm 25 and I live in Louisiana. I still consider myself a single mother, but me and BD are "working on it". I quit my job - due to sketchy conditions - after I found out I was pregnant, and I intend to go back to school for sonography after my pregnancy. BD/BF is 30, a dentist, and Burmese; I find the later fact cool because my LO will be a first generation American on one side! Not cool? Fine. Moving on. I'm due at the end of November, which sucks because I get to watch everyone else have their babies while I have to sit and wait. Boo. I like GIFs, I like logical statements, and I like long walks on the beach after being fed bon bons.. *hint hint*..
I'm reintroducing too...
Name's Stacey, I'm 38, 1st (and only) baby and I used donor sperm to get pregnant - didn't want to wait any longer since I'm already advanced maternal age. Due on 11/28 but I have Gestational Diabetes and will be induced at 39 weeks.
I'm preparing to have my 3rd child in 3 years... been married a little over 3 years too. What an exciting time it has been!
I'm a stay at home mom, my husband is a carpenter, and we live in Toledo, Ohio. My family is from here, and he came to Toledo to go to the University of Toledo from East Liverpool, Ohio... a 4 hour drive away. We met at our church on Easter in 2008, and were married in August 2009.
I have a 2.5 year old son, Ethan, who was born the day after Easter in 2010. I also have a 1 year old daughter, Naomi, who was born the Saturday of Labor Day weekend in 2011 and in about 4 weeks I'm looking forward to meeting my next daughter, Olivia. I guess my babies birthdays gravitate toward holidays! Both Ethan and Naomi were born the day after their respective due dates... hours after, actually... so I'm expecting to go the full 40 weeks.
I don't post much as I don't have internet at home, other than on my phone, but I read almost daily, and have enjoyed sharing these past few months with you gals.
I am one of the newbies, I have been following the nov board since the end of July and have only been posting recently mainly because I couldn't figure out how to post and now I post when I feel I can contribute to the thread.
My name is Jenna I live in Colorado and I'm due 11/26 with a girl and we are super excited to extend our family beyond our two puggles.
I feel like you ladies have wonderful insight and it's been helpful to hear what you have to say throughout this journey!
