HI All- I've been lurking for a while and now that I'm not working and super bored, I have more time. I'm a FTM due in a few days (3 Nov!). Been on the Bump for a while, started TTC last year and had a MC over New Years then BFP the next month! Pretty uneventful pregnancy and just ready to meet our little girl! I'm getting nervous and reading post from everyone has been very helpful. I'm hoping to be more active and involved on the board once LO comes since I know I will have a MILLION questions!!
Aww, I'm so excited to see some newbies & lurkers & re-intros!!
I'm Lynn, I'm a FTM, expecting a baby boy, due in TEN days!!! Soooo excited. Can't believe it's almost officially November, my pregnancy has flown by and been super easy so far, but at this point each day feels like it's going in slow motion...
After baby comes, it'll be back to work for me after my mat leave and DH will be a SAHD. We also have a yellow lab, Millie, who has no clue her world is about to be invaded by her baby brother!
"A new baby is like the beginning of all things--wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities."
I am a STM awaiting my second little boy! My boys will be 16 months apart so I should be very busy to say the least. I teach Pre-K and love it, but being surrounded by children all.day.long keeps me on my toes.
I am a FTM, and was on strict bedrest for IC resulting from cervical Ca stage 1 which is currently in remission. SBR from 17 weeks til 34 weeks, with a break of a few weeks on modified BR thrown in. I'm a nurse at the major hospital in my town. I'm Canadian and live in Ottawa, Ontario.
I am due in one week, but I'm being induced tomorrow for PIH. So I will have a little Halloween darling.
And there is my reintroduction!
I'm not new, but I don't post as much as I used to because I'm still working (teaching). I began working on my doctorate back in May, so I've really had to slow down on my Bump activities due to school work and grad school work.
DD#1 just turned two on 10/20 and DD#2 is due in about 3 weeks, and we're going in to schedule the C/S on Saturday. I'm hoping she comes early (not too early) just because of scheduling and holidays.
Not new - been here since first tri - moderate to occasional poster. I'm 35 expecting our first - DH is 37. We waited to start trying for various reasons and then waited as my dad was diagnosed with cancer and passed away, suffered a loss last year and are expecting our baby boy any day now. I'm in finance and DH is a chemist. We live in SE Wisconsin, married for 4 years been friends for over 10 years before we got together.
Heyo...I've been around for quite awhile and I post on and off when I get the chance. Hopefully I'll be able to post more now that I'm done working (that is if our internet gets hooked up soon). I was working as a paralegal, but we just moved to another state and I will be a stay at home mom once LO is here I'm due November 11 with a little girl.
My due date was November 24th, but Noah Benjamin was born on Oct 12th at 220am via emergency c-section. 3 lbs 10 oz 16.5 inches born a day shy of 34 weeks.. He had severe IUGR and absent end diastolic cord flow. Spent 2 weeks in the NICU because he was small, otherwise no issues. He's home now and we are all doing well.
I'm Sarah, I'm 29 yrs old, and My DH and I are having our 1st due Nov 28th. We chose not to find the sex of the baby, which has frustrated most people I know, but we're fine with it lol. We live in Maine, we have 2 cats and 2 dogs, and I'm an advisor at a college. Definitely looking forward to 8 weeks away from my office to snuggle with our little one and adjust to family life!
Been around on TK since 2008 and TB since 2011. I am pretty
sure I did an intro but can?t remember if it was on TK or here and when it was
so here goes! My name is Megan, I am 27, and I am a cardiac nurse. DH and I live in OKC. We and I got married in 8/11 and got pregnant a week later? not
planned but totally welcome! I have PCOS, a history of blood clots, and the MTFHR
genetic mutation so we didn?t think it would be possible to get pregnant
without fertility treatments. We had a missed M/C on 11/11/11 and I stopped
checking TB because it was just too hard.
We were cleared to try again in February 2012 and got pregnant
for the second time late that month. Our son is due 11/25/12 but I am being
induced on 11/14/12 due to being high risk and needing to stop my blood thinners 24 hours before delivery. Been
on maternity leave since August because I have a lifting restriction of 20lbs. DH
and I are both only children and don?t have any kids from previous
relationships so the grandparents are crazy happy about LO and so are we! I believe our bulldog and golden retriever are less thrilled. Less than 2
weeks to go for us now!
Thanks for the chance for intro I enjoy seeing everyone's different circumstances! My name is Amanda, I'm 31 originally from Florida but I live in Spain. My husband and I have two fur babies, a crazy Jack Russell Terrier and a beautiful paint horse. We are expecting our first baby, Bruce Sebastian (named after our grandfathers) November 21st
My name is Shainna, I'm 28, and l live I West Virginia. My husband and I have been married for 4.5 years together for 9, and this is our first LO. I'm hoping for a medicated hospital birth. ; I'm changing jobs after maternity leave, which will make us both foreign language teachers. I spent about 5 weeks of pregnancy on bedrest due to PTL, but I am freeeeee now. I'm due 1119, but the doctor doubts I will go that long... But admits she owns no crystal ball. :P
Hi, I'm Jennifer and live in upstate NY (Rochester). I'm 39 (will be 40 on 11/15) and DH is 42. We have been married for 9 years and have a 2 1/2 yo DS Jaxon. I work in IT at a travel agency and as of this past Monday I am on leave due to the fact that I have just been way too uncomfortable this time around and all my projects were wrapped up so I figured I'd start now. I've been on TB since I was TTC DS1 and while I don't consider myself an overly active member, I post when I have a question or see something I can contribute to but with work it's been hard to get on here much. Now that I'm home hopefully I'll be able to post more, I know that with my first it was always nice to have somewhere to go to find people in the same boat as me!
We are expecting our 2nd son Brycen this Saturday 11/3. I had Jax 4 days early which would have been yesterday so now I'm just waiting and it's driving me crazy! My first delivery was very easy and I have to admit, enjoyable and I'm really hoping it goes the same this time but for some reason I fear it won't. Probably b/c I'm that much older now and I have a feeling this kid is going to be a stubborn one! I have a Dr appt in a couple of hours and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he'll tell me I'm on my way!
Anyways, happy to be here and for the chance to get to know you all!
I'm Melissa. I've been around for a little bit but I don't know if I ever actually introduced myself. I lurk a lot.. mostly because I don't have much to say as a FTM with a very non- eventful pregnancy. lol Our little girl is due to come Nov 21st. She will be the first grandchild on both sides. DH is extra excited because her EDD is also his bday. I keep trying to tell him that the date is just an estimate! hah He's convinced that she'll come on that day though. We'll see..
It's nice to "meet" all of you and I can't wait to share our experiences (good and bad) as new parents..
Intro: I've posted some, but probably more of a lurker and never did figure out how to have the ticker show up.... I'm a FTM, 32, live in East TN, expecting a little girl Nov 6th!! If she doesn't come on her own b/w now and then, we are being induced Nov 6th morning, since we have GD and the DR doesn't want us to go past our EDD.
My name is Whitney, I'm a FTM and my husband and I have been married for three and a half years. I love the Gators and my four furbabies: dogs Callie and Chloe (in siggy) and cats Zoe and Salem. I'm looking forward to becoming a WFHM next year
Chase, our precious baby boy, is due on 11/26 and I'm hoping to deliver via epi-assisted VB on 11/25 so he shares a birthday with my late grandaddy
Please pardon any typos -- I'm typically bumping from my phone V|V TSP V|V

Hey! I'm Gretchen and I'm not new. I post often enough, and comment most days. I quit my job at the beginning of 3rd tri, because I was teaching in a preschool and didn't plan to go back after LO arrives. I'm a SAHM in training!
DH and I got our BFP just in time for our 1st anniversary, and this is our first. Ewen Henry, our little boy, is due 11/16. DH is praying he holds off til 11/27 because that's his birthday. I don't care when he comes as long as he's healthy, though I'd prefer him to bake a little longer.
We're in suburban Philadelphia PA, and I'm just glad that I stayed pregnant for the duration of the storm after the horror stories I'm seeing on the news this morning now that we have power again!

Been here since my BFP but not as able to come around as much as I'd like due to trying to keep up with my daughter. She'll be almost 18mo by the time this LO finally decides to come out. I've been on the edge of my seat for 3 weeks now after big sis came 3 weeks early. Looks like this one just wants to take their time...We're team green this time and I can't wait for the big reveal once he/she is born!!
I'm Kelly I have been lurking/occasionally posting since BFP. I'm a FTM and baby boy is due 11/22. Officially full term tomorrow! I have myself convinced this baby will come early since I've been having irregular contractions since 34 weeks so in reality I will probably go past due.
Hi, I have been "lurking" for a couple months now, but never replied or posted because I felt like I didn't have that much to say/contribute...but I'm happy to have an opportunity to introduce myself! I have really enjoyed and appreciated hearing about everyone's experiences, as a lot of you are a few weeks ahead of me.
My name is Cary, I am 28 and have been married 2.5 years. We live in Clearwater, FL. This will be our first baby, a girl, and we are so excited after 1.5 yrs TTC (4th round of Clomid did the trick!) My due date is November 26th or November 29th depending on who you ask ; ) I graduted from med school 2 yrs ago and am in my final year of residency to be a pediatrician, DH is a lawyer.
And I too LOVE the Gators, I lived in Gainesville for 25 years including 8 years as a UF student : )
Official Into: Hello! I am 27 and a FTM, due Nov. 30th with a baby girl.. the name we have choosen is Kyla Marie. Sooo excited. Originally from MN, but now live in Columbus, OH. Moved here for a job that I now hate, but I met a wonderful man and now we are expecting this little girl so I guess I'm here to stay in Ohio for a little while! November BMB has been great. I guess I lurk more than I do post but I will def add my input when I feel like its needed!
I am pregnant with my first. EDD 11/18. It's a boy! DH and I tried for two and half years to get pregnant (history in sig. along with link to my TTC/pregnancy blog) and had finally decided to go ahead with getting help when we got a very surprising BFP. We are going to be slightly "older" parents at 35 and 40 when LO gets here.
I apologize for not having a ticker or any real pregnancy info. in my sig. It's still a bit of a thing with me after so long of trying. I honestly don't think I really felt pregnancy was real until the past few weeks, and now it's almost over! It's also the reason I didn't join this board for so long, but you ladies are really great - so much better here than the tri boards!

I'm Sarah, due Nov. 24th with a little girl named Lauren Brooke. This will be my second daughter. My first is 7 and super stoked to be a big sister. I have been on TK/TB since 2008 but when I got a new computer I couldn't remember my password for my login so I had to start over The nature of my job doesn't allow me to do much goofing off so I don't get to contribute as much as I used to but I do love to lurk.
I'm Stacy. FTM. Live in Southeast MI with SO. I work for a newspaper (writer, assistant). I'm 29. I believe humor is the best quality a person can have b/c everything else is just so damn serious. I love to read, write, shoot pool, play sports. I'm up for anything.
I'm Kara. From Maryland, living in Kansas City. I'm lecturing (college) right now. Due Nov 16th with our first. I laugh with my eyes and I have a big personality )
Hi! Not sure if I've done this before...I only post here and there and mostly lurk.
I live in the Boston area, teach preK, am a FTM, and love to cook. Due 11/18 and can't wait!!
I've been on here since I found out I was pregnant. Also used TK and TN.
MissHoppy - Lots of similarities here I live a little north of you in NH, also teach preK, am a FTM and also love to cook lol. My husband and I frequent the Boston-area frequently as we are die-hard Sox & Bruins (when they're playing) fans. I'm due 11/15 - nice to meet another local soon-to-be mommy.

Hi all! My name is Erin, I'm 34 and I've been around for about five years on TN but changed my screen name on TB... I work in medical device sales (orthopedics and trauma) so I'm on the road and in the OR all day and as such, I've done a lot of lurking from my phone for the past 8 months. That said, I feel like I know all of you to some degree and wish I could have been a more active poster. Hopefully some of you recognize me!
I live in Westchester Co., NY which is just north of NYC. DH (36) is a police officer and born and raised here; I made my way down to the best city in the world 9 years ago from Toronto. We're expecting our little girl 11/13 after 3 previous losses and couldn't be more excited.
We were very lucky to not lose power or experience any damages (unlike SO many in the area) with the recent storm and have spent the last couple of days very happily opening our doors to family and friends who did. Two young boys were tragically killed by a falling tree down the street from us during Sandy... if its possible we will be holding our new daughter even tighter and kissing her even more than planned as soon as she gets here. I just can't wait to have her in my arms!
I can't wait to read about all of your new bundles of joy. Congrats to you all!
I'm Monika from the Chicago burbs. I've been MIA for the last few months. I used to bump from work and I don't have such opportunities to get on there as much. I've lurked meaning to post but never get back to finishing a post. Hoping I get some more time to post now. I'm a FTM and pretty excited. DH and I have been together 14 yrs and married for 5, according to everyone it's about d@mn time for a mini me. Our little girl is due the 29th and my lab puppy is not looking forward to sharing the cuteness spotlight.
My name is Brooke and DH and I are expecting our first LO (today!) on November 1st. I have been a lurker on the bump since a loss during 2011 and throughout this pregnancy. We live in the upper midwest and could not be more excited to meet this little guy!

I had an account with TK as well back in 2008 and lurked here and there for a looooooong time. I eventually got divorced so I decided that when I got pregnant, I would make a new name on TB. But anyways, my name is Amanda and I am 26 years old. I live in Western PA with my SO. We are expecting our first baby on 11/3 and it's a little girl!
Oh you best believe I am!!!! I am so hoping that my LO comes before Sun so she can wear her little Steeler jersey we bought her! haha
Does this mean you are a Steelers fan? I'm a huge Steelers fan, as my family is originally from SW PA
