Frequent peeing, fatigue, sore/slightly larger boobs, and crazy sciatic nerve pain in my butt. I gag a lot, but I don't really feel nauseous.

Going to try to get on the elliptical again. I have been scared to do it, but I think it's time to try.

Well, today is the last day of fall break, so I guess having a 4 day work week is exciting. And exactly one week from today, I will HOPEFULLY get to hear my baby's heartbeat for the first time!
5. Fun GTKY: what is the craziest weather you have ever experienced?
Hmm. Well I live in Indiana so we see it all here...except for that nasty hurricane stuff. I have seen crazy blizzards and once I saw a very small tornado just down the street. It did a little roof damage to a couple of houses and damaged some trees. I didn't actually realize it was a tornado until later.

Not going out in the storm? Not buying halloween candy until probably the day of halloween so I don't eat it.

H ended up with another week off work unexpectedly because of the restrictions they are doing on base. And with schools closed I'm home for now. So basically a few more days of vacation, but stuck in the house.

YES, how could I forget about the Blizzard of 1993!? It was a major deal. power was out for a long while, snow was piled up feet high, roads were impassible. Major.

I'm feeling so much better in general. Yesterday I had a headache from when I woke up to when I went to bed, but hopefully that doesn't happen too often!

4. Anything exciting happening this week? (Doesn't have to be baby related!)
My husband works for the power company, so he'll probably be gone a lot while dealing with any effects from Hurricane Sandy. The downside is that he won't be home, but the upshot: awesome overtime pay!!!
5. Fun GTKY: what is the craziest weather you have ever experienced?
Living in upstate NY usually means getting most of the good stuff: blizzards, ice storms, torrential downpours with associated flooding, and the occasional tornado. (To a PP - yes, it was the blizzard of 1993 that you remember. Best.blizzard.ever.) But the scariest weather experience I've had was the 1995 microburst that tore a huge swath across the state. I was in a tent in the Thousand Islands, and the microburst happened in the middle of the night. The sound was terrifying, but there was no place safe to go. When we unzipped the tent door at first light, a tree had come down on the tent next door (everyone got out right before it happened) and another came down on somebody's car. We were so lucky!!!
1. 11w4d. My "days to go" now starts with a 1!
2. Like a previous poster, I'm trying not to read anything into the lessening of nausea, boobs not as sore, that sort of thing. PgAL brain really tortures a gal!
3. Continue with healthy eating, exercise. I'm going to really focus on negative thinking/anxiety since I have more than two weeks til the next appt to put my mind at ease.
4. Hmmm. The hurricane counts as exciting, right? I'm glad that work canceled today as I have a bad cold and really appreciate an extra day at home to get better.
5. Most extreme was probably the ice storm back in college. I was home on winter break and power was out for a week. A week later, I left for a semester in Moscow, Russia and the weather was actually better there than at home!
Hope everyone has a great week!
