Ditto. But I'll say it again since I'm in the posting mood today:
1) my kid gets a paci at night and I'm too lazy to take it away.
2) If I got properly fitted for a bra, I'd be referred to the training bra section. However, I'm going to continue to rock my 34B bras because it makes me feel better.
3) oh, and I'm a registered Rebublican. But I'll vote for a Democrat if I think he/she has a better plan. The end.
I didn't either but my reasoning is even worse. I do not know the names of any of the parents in my child's daycare. Which means we are in no way close enough to even go to each other's birthday parties. I think this is kind of sad and embarrassing.

K, here's my lame ones again:
1. If not for pouches, DD would get very little green in her diet.
2. She still has a paci - but only at bedtime or on long drives. I can't believe I've let it go this long. It's my crutch more than hers.
3. I stumbled down the rabbit hole of fanfic from a show I used to love and it's 99% of the reason DH is getting any of late.
And since we're being political, I was a college freshman in 2000 and didn't vote. At the time, I thought I wanted Bush to win. I'm glad I didn't vote because I didn't know shiz.

We call Bruno Mars DD's "boyfriend" because she always watches his music videos when she has DH's iphone. And, she in fact sings outloud to to The Other Side while watching the video.
I'm just glad she isn't into the eminiem videos he has on there. yeah...probably time to start a parental lock on our phones due to her growing language skills...
I was thinking the same thing.
Yesterday I had someone attempt to school me on why my voting choice was wrong. I informed him that it didn't matter who I voted for in Texas because of the EC. I then had to explain to him what that was. Ugh, people.
ETA:the guy that tried to school me also told me that interracial marriage isn't biblical.
I don't think I will vote. I have voted in every election including mid terms since I turned 18. I have not kept up with local politics and I don't feel strongly about either presidential candidate. I think I will be exercising my right to abstain. Then again I may just vote for school board because the make up of my district's board angers me.
1. I think Halloween is a stupid holiday.
2. People who buy milk before a major Stormageddon are dummies.
3. Ethan Embry is hot.
4. I still like JerkStore and Libby even if they're gotdam Republicans.
DS1 loves the Sesame Street songs app. The first time I played Andrea Bocelli singing a lullaby to Elmo (to his Con te Partiro tune) I said to DH, "Hey, that's the song that Will Ferrell sang at the fukking Catalina wine mixer!"
I didn't realize it was actually a really famous song before Stepbrothers.
I have DTD to "you and me baby aren't nothin but mammals". To this day it is still the best time ever!
For the record, I had gone to my boyfrien's house and as his roomates were leaving one of them said "oh, I made this mixed CD for you". It was like the 2nd or 3rd song in.
Is 3 flameful? I loved that guy.
My Mom watches both of my DDs. My DD (she is 4) started a preK class a few weeks ago, she goes twice a week in the mornings. She is there for a total of 6-8 hours a week. The first week she loved it but once she realized that it wasn't just playing on the play ground the entire time I think she didn't like it as much. Now she cries (a lot) during drop off. Once I leave she is okay so I try to make drop off as short as possible. We talked to her to make sure there isn't anything going on but she just says she wants to stay at her Nanas and she misses her Nana.
She is like me, I hate change and am very emotional.
However I decided to make a sticker chart and any day that she doesn't cry during drop off she gets a sticker on her chart. After she gets 4 stickers we will go to Sweet Frog (it's frozen yogurt). She seemed very excited about it. Afterwards I questioned whether it was a good idea to bribe/reward her for not crying but figured if it worked then so be it because we go to sweet frog every few weeks anyway.
Today was the first day she could have gotten a sticker. It didn't work. Total fail.
Awe. I'm so glad. I am more liberal than I used to be. A lot of that is due to hanging out here. I'm not very political in the first place. I was raised by conservative Christians. Now I'm an adult leaning more liberal Atheist. Whatever that means.
But what's the point if you're going to freeze it? Will the country's supply of milk be gone after Stormageddon, never to return?
Is milk that much of a survival requirement that powdered won't do?
I don't get it.
1. My mail carrier held my mail hostage because my grass got too long, despite the paved pathway he can walk up.
2. I might get my cat declawed. She walked up to DD who was sitting on the couch, and clawed her in the face for no reason. It was very uncharacteristic of her and MH has banished her to the garage. We're trying soft paws but so far they're not going over very well. I am sooo against declawing but I'm also against rehoming, and also against getting bitten while applying soft paws monthly, and also against her living in the freaking garage forever. Rock/hard place.

1. I have several 'friends' on FB, that I really should delete. However, their posts are so out there that I just can't seem to look away. There is one girl, in particular, who posts the most incoherent rants. It's like a train wreck. Example: "Can u say magic mike??? They r all my house n it shows I'm rt about the men working sign one doing it n 16 supervisoring yah me big fat errrrrr" - Really? What does that mean?
2 & 3. As I was watching Pretty Little Liars the other night (1st part of confession), I was reminded that I have always found Adam Lambert to be sorta hot.
I'm going to turn my boss in the the state board & the DQAC (Dental Quality Assurance Committe). I am going to take him down hard. I've complained about him before, but I've learned some more details about his lack of bloodborn pathogen protocols & total endargerment of patients that he needs to be shut down & fined in a major way. People need not be subject to his substantially unethical treatment. In the next few weeks, I plan to take pictures & gather evidence against him. May God have mercy on his soul, because I sureasshit will not.
Also, this makes me sad & ill. Never in the 14+ years have I ever even thought sbout doing this to a person. Ever. The DQAC will ruin you. Forever. I know it's the right thing to do, so I will be pulling the trigger.
This is the best thing I've heard in a long time.
