my hair is falling out

i have been exclusively breastfeeding my 5 month old ( and loving it ) but my hair is coming out in clumps and i've heard of this happening, but this late in the game ?

I don't remember when mine started, but it wasn't right away. Definitely normal.

I think for me it happened around 3/4 months. Totally normal. As far as I'm aware, it's not really related to breastfeeding. You naturally lose less hair while you're pregnant, and then a few months after birth, your body just makes up for lost time, so to speak.
