Possibly leaking Amniotic fluid...?

I'm 28 weeks along, pregnant with a baby girl.

After I took a shower today, I dried completely off and got dressed.
about 35-40 minuets later, I felt a little "wet" so I checked myself.
and there was a plum sized wet spot in my clean dry underwear!
I didn't sneeze, cough or anything, so I was definitely positive that it wasn't pee.
And I dried off VERY well, so i'm sure it wasn't from the shower either.

The same thing happened 2 days ago. And I noticed when I wake up in the morning, or from a nap I have the same amount of clear wetness in my undies.

I have been feeling quite alot of pressure down yonder, especially when I stand up. so I really don't have a clue what it could be. I'm so confused!

What do you think it could be, and what should I do about it?

    I would call your doctor/nurse and get advise from them.

    I've been wearing liners for months. There always seems to be moisture when pregnant. I honestly wouldn't think it was amniotic fluid but if it's new for you you should call your doctor. If they are concerned they can do a simple swab to see if it's just increased discharge or actually AF.

    If it's happened multiple times, you should probably call your doctor. You could have a slow leak. I thought it happened to me last week, but it was only once so I guess I peed a little! But in your case, I'd call your doctor just to be sure.

    It probably wouldn't hurt to check it out with your doctor, but right around twenty-eight weeks was when I started having to wear a panty liner due to normal non-amniotic fluid leakage.

    One way to check -- amniotic fluid is sweet, so put your finger in there and take a little taste. If it's sweet, I would call immediately.
