Sore hands anyone?

I woke up today with really sore hands.  Oddly, the left one is more sore, and they are both swollen.  It feels awkward to close them since they are so fat today.

 

Anybody get this?  I didn't do much yesterday.  I cleaned out the closet but did lift anything heavy or anything.

    No, but I have carple (sp?) tunnel in my right hand and wrist.

    Have you been eating salty foods? Drinking plenty of water?

    i have the same thing, i wake up in the morning or in the middle of the night,  and move positions and it usually helps..

    Yep, and it's totally from water weight.  Just be mindful of salty stuff and drink tons of water and stay cool!
