I'm preparing for a beach trip and considering all of my options for diapering. One suggestion I've heard a few times is to put a cover over a sposie to prevent blowouts/leaks. At first, this seemed ingenious! Then I thought about the 100 degree weather we've been having... Would the PUL over the sposie make it extra hot for a LO? Have any of you tried this on your beach vacation? TIA!

Thanks for the replies.
I doubt I'll end up doing that (except maybe at night?), but I just wanted to hear your thoughts. Today I'm testing out Flip covers with disposable gDiaper inserts (I have a sh!t ton left over from the great gDisaster, lol). I may also try some "natural" sposies and see what works best.
FTR, I never have leaks in cloth... but the pooptastrophes from using sposies long ago still haunt me!
Thanks again!
