    I'm not putting money on it, but I'm hopeful. I had doubts until my temp got higher today. I felt like I did, plus the +OPKs, plus the temp shift. My OB thinks my hormones are ok, but there's probably a blockage and nowhere for the blood to go, which is why I'm not having AF. I predict another phantom AF when my temp drops. I'm hoping so badly that the surgery will fix me up!
