I had a miscarriage

Yesterday was spent in the hospital getting a d&c after we discovered that I had miscarried, the baby was only measuring 6 1/2 weeks, no heartbeat. We are, needless to say, reall sad. My whole family has rallied around me which hasa been nice, my husband leaves tomorrow for a week for a business trip to las vegas which is the worst possible time ever. But, my brother and sister are over and my mom flew in from FL this morning and I will be ok. If i don't think about it I'm ok, but the second I dwell I start to cry.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure this is a hard time for you and your DH. Sounds like you have a lot of support on your side and that is what you need. Big {{HUGS}}.
Just so you know - the girls over on the pregnancy loss board are great for support. They have all been in the same shoes. You may want to lurk over there and see what you think.

I'm so, so sorry. I had a miscarriage between Ben and Emily and I remember feeling the same way--as long as I didn't dwell on it, I wouldn't cry. But, it's OK to cry if that's how you're feeling, sweetie. I'm wishing you a peaceful and healthy recovery; both body and heart:(

I'm so sorry. I had a missed m/c earlier this year. We found out at 10.5 wks that the baby stopped developing at 6 wks. I remember feeling a lot like you describe. Take time to heal and I wish you the best when you're ready to start TTC again. ((hugs))

Unfortunately, I have been in your shoes and it hurts.....bad. I had a m/c in February before this pg and I can completely understand how you are feeling. Just remember to take time to heal and that everything will get better in time. It is so great that you have loved ones around to lean on during this tough time.
