Then and now. How did my boy get so big?

Re: Does anyone meal plan?

  • DH has been handling this for me for the last few weeks, and it's been SO wonderful to not have to think about it every day!

This week we're doing Tacos, Jumbalaya, Pizza, and Brats.  Everything can be cooked today so that it makes meal times easier during the week.

You know I do, since you "know" me from WC :).

Tonight - we had a friend over for a cookout late lunch. She's vegetarian, so I made black bean burgers and tomato cucumber and feta salad. She brought tabbouleh and a grapefruit pound cake. Dinner will be leftover of the salads with some mac and cheese probably.

Mon - pork and asparagus stir-fry over brown rice (from The Bitten Word blog)

Tue - Ina's weeknight bolognese with penne. Side of roasted broccoli.

Wed - quick night since it's our Bradley class. Chicken and avocado quesadillas.

Thu - Indian chickpea and eggplant curry, naan.
