Nesting!! lol

We got the room cleared out last weekend (DH got a 4 day weekend) & painted. We did the ceiling white & the walls "Weathered Glass" by Valspar. It's almost like a Tiffany blue, but a little more turquoise.

Then DH put together the crib, which I LOVE & we scored on clearance at our Navy Exchange for $67!! It's the DaVinci Jamie, white. So cute!!

Today I mustered up some energy & made the crib skirt, & that went great, so I proceeded with the crib sheet during DD's naptime.

Nesting overload & I'm ready for bed Wink

I was busy today! Took DD to the park to play, came home, had lunch, did the dishes (including yesterdays), made a crib skirt, made a crib sheet...

Once DD wakes up from her nap, I can try the sheet on her mattress & see if it fits. We're getting her a new mattress & giving hers to DD2, since it's a much firmer (for newborns) mattress. 

Time to make dinner! lol

    I think my nesting has hit full force as well. This weekend we moved my DS to his new room and emptied out our DD new room. We bought a pool and cleaned up the backyard as well as the entire garage. It felt so good to get so much done!!

    I hink my nesting has hit me today. All I want to do right now is clean and get everything ready. We have to wait to paint and it's killing me. I just want to organize everything! This is certainly not my personality if you knew me pre-pregnancy. Glad you got so much done, and got such great deals!
