Is it even possible? A lot of my friends said their LOs just went to their own sleep schedule by 2 months, and they could set them down drowsy and they would fall asleep on their own.
We are still struggling to get LO to sleep in our arms and set down without waking. I am desperate to get him on some sort of schedule, but I wondering if its even possible.
Re: Sleep schedule for a 3 month old?
It depends a lot on the baby. Are you doing a consistant bedtime routine? That can help you baby get into a schedule of whe they sleep and for how long.
It's not unusual for a 3 month old to not be able to put themselves to sleep. It's probably more the norm to have to help them to sleep. Your friends just lucked out. They don't learn how until 4 months, but they can still have sleep problems after that.
