My nursery isn't even put together yet cause we're still waiting for an approval on a home we put an offer on (yikes!) Luckily we live with his parents so I do have a bassinet and small things ready in case LO arrives before we move.
My hospital bag isn't packed yet
I did already register at the hospital because we have to mail it in
I haven't washed any clothes yet because I want to wait till my shower in case I get too many of one size or copies I can exchange them.
Is the nursery ready? Yes. We only need some covers for the changing pad and to hang a couple pictures.
Is your hospital bag packed? Not even a little. Bags are still in the garage and we don't even own a diaper bag yet.
Have you preregistered at the hospital? Yes. Registered online a couple weeks ago.
Have you washed LO's clothes, etc? All the hand-me-down stuff has been taken care of. My baby shower isn't for a few more weeks though, so I'll have more to do then.
Is the nursery ready? Nope, we're in escrow on a house and probably won't close until the end of the month. I also still have my shower coming up so I haven't bought everything as I'm waiting to see if we get stuff as gifts.
Is your hospital bag packed? Mostly, I have a list of a few last minute things to add like camera and make-up. I'm not doing a separate diaper bag so the baby's outfits are just in my bag along with blankets and other lil necessities.
Have you preregistered at the hospital? Yes, but since we plan to move before LO arrives I'll have to re-register with our new address.
Have you washed LO's clothes, etc? I've washed hand-me-downs up to 3 months. We're team green so I have boys and girls clothes washed. I have two loads that I washed Monday to fold still.
Is the nursery ready? We are *almost* done. Have to order a mirror off Amazon, and finish hanging a few pictures, and empty a few more things out of the closet, and then, we will be finished!
Is your hospital bag packed? No, and call me crazy, but I'm not going nuts with packing one. We live about 10 minutes from the hospital, not even, so I know if I forget anything, my MIL/FIL can scoot over there and get it for me and bring it. I will be packing a small bag beforehand, but I'm not going to have 5 suitcases full.
