Re: *~*~April Showers Check-In~*~*
Special Note: This will be borderline Post and Run and I have a paper due today at 6...
Oh, also feel free to just vent whatever is heavy on your heart.
Vent: Hell week at school! My procrastination is catching up to me
QOTD: Recently, I have gotten hooked on The New Adventures of Old Christine. I love Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
((BIG HUGS)) to you foxxy!
Update: Nothing new from me. I am just trying to stay positive, which as always is so difficult to do. It is really difficult when I have to deal with all of the outside forces. Sometimes I wish life could just be myself and DH, that we could run away and not have to deal with everything else. I feel like the next few months are a mine field that I am trying to navigate through, knowing that something will blow up in my face.
QOTD: DH and I have been watching Last Man Standing. Tim Allen always makes me laugh.
TTC since 11/2009; Lap/HSG/Hysteroscopy: 5/2011 (endometriosis - removed; endocervical polyp - removed; high pressure in bilateral tubes - cleared)
BFP #1: 8/4/11; DS1 born sleeping on 11/16/11 at 19w1d
BFP # 2: 5/7/12, EDD 1/10/13, DS2 born 1/4/13
BFP # 3: 11/8/13, EDD 7/17/14, mmc 10wks
BFP # 4: 5/16/14, EDD 1/15/15, praying for our 2nd rainbow baby
Thanks for taking over! I am a HUGE procrastinator as well. Good luck this week!
Update: I survived my EDD this weekend. It actually went pretty well. Just lots of family time with DH and DS and my mom and I went and got our nails done! AF arrived on Thursday for the first time since my D&C, so that is sort of exciting. We are TTA this cycle until my next Dr. appointment on May 4. We will see what they say and go from there.
QOTD: We LOVE Modern Family!!
I am such a slacker when it comes to this check-in. I think I avoid it on purpose because this being my first m/c, it's a little more raw. Not that I didn't love our August angel, but I was mostly numb and unattached at that point.
Anywho- no AF after Provera. But besides that, I've been in a decent mood and feeling positively about our TTCAL process.....if only my cycle would restart!!
QOTD: Definitely Elf for a movie, or Family Guy for a show. I love stupid humor
Thanks for taking over. Can you please add my babies' names to the list as well? They are Max and Molly.
Vent: my entire due date week was absolutely terrible and I'm glad to be out of that hell for now.
A little bit of positive: I'm on spring break now (I'm a teacher) and the weather in the northeast is mid 80's.
QOTW: when I want to laugh I throw on an old Friends or Seinfeld episode.
Positivity is difficult at times. Like I had to explain to my mom, sometimes it just runs out. I hope that you are able to find a place to retreat to and to energize!
Yay for procrastination!
I am glad that you were treated well on your EDD. Some people will never get the significance of the day.
I get what you are saying about your August Angel. I tried to imagine what it would be like to have 2 losses and all I could do figure that it is a mixed bag of emotions, easier and harder in some ways.
I don't think you're a slacker! And I posted on your Provera thread.
I am so sorry that your week was terrible! The days leading up to my EDD were sooo raw, and I was on edge.
Yay for Spring Break!
I added your children's names.
Thanks for taking this over raashton! There is not much new with me this week. Even though my edd is only 9 days away I am doing surprisingly well so far. I tested last Friday and got a bfn so we are on to injectables next cycle. I waiting for AF to show up and will need to call my RE to schedule my HSG and also my cd 3 monitoring appointment.
QOTD: Bad Santa! I laugh my a$$ off everytime I watch this movie
I hope everybody has a good week. Big hugs to all!
Boo for BFN but yay for having a plan!
I have every faith in you that you will continue doing well and the day will passed before you know it!
