For months now, DH and I liked the name Trevor Michael - not too common of a name but also not super unique (which is what we wanted). What do you ladies think? I tend to over think everything so as we get closer I get nervous about our choice since it was never a name I thought about using until one day SH came up with it. My fav. names were (and yes, some of these are quite common):

Ethan

Andrew

Nathan

Blake

Aidan

Connor

Colin

Tyler

 

What do you guys think?

Edit: More of a question if you like Trevor Michael or think we should persue one of the other names

    I think Trevor is a good, not-often-used name.

    From your list, I've seen a lot of Ethans, Nathans and Aidans (sooooo many Aidans or Brayden or Jaydon, etc). 

    Andrew is a wonderful name that I rarely see used.  

    I'm not a fan of Blake, Connor, or Tyler.  Colin is nms.

    Trevor Michael is a good, solid name.  Of your list my favorite is Andrew, followed by the popular Ethan.  Strongly dislike Aidan, Colin, and Blake.

    I see the other names on your list constantly, so I say go with Trevor Michael. I like it a lot.

    I like most of the list.  I do not like Aidan.  Blake is only ok to me.  I like a good strong name like Andrew.  I like Connor.  I like Colin because I have not heard it in a long time. 
    Began TTC #1 in January 2011
    Confirmation and Removal of Endo - March 2012
    +#1 on 4/1/12 - m/c @ ~8w 5d
    +#2 Tx cycle 4 - 5 mg Letrozole + 75iu Follsitim & Ovidrel w/ IUI on 11/13/12 - EDD 7/23/13 
    7 week u/s revealed THREE babies, all with heartbeats.  153bpm, 148bpm, and 136bpm
    9 week u/s revealed loss of Baby B.  A and C are growing on track.  A measuring 9w1d with 172bpm and C measuring 9w0d with 179 bpm.  
    Elective sex determination u/s on 2/8 revealed... boy AND girl!

    It's nms, but it's not a bad name either.  My favorite is Andrew, but that's because it's DS's name so I'm biased.

    Trevor Michale isn't bad, but Tyler is one of my favorite names! and if I could have used that name, it would have saved my husband and I from many knock down drag out fights about picking a name for our kiddo.

    the other name you mentioned sound like two first names, doesn't sound right to me .Just nms.

    I like Trevor, but I love Andrew.  Nathan is also on my list.  Trevor Michael is a really nice name.  If you like it, I saw go for it!

    I am not a fan of Trevor at all, sorry.

    As far as you other names go:

    Ethan ---------- I LOVE Ethan, great solid name.

    Andrew --------- Like. Classic, potential nn Drew, which is also nice.

    Nathan----------- Meh, not bad, but not my favorite.

    Blake------------- I kind of like it.

    Aidan ------Unfortunately this great name is ruined by the popularity and the entire trend of all rhyming names

    Connor ------- Great name. Love!

    Colin -------- One of my favorites : )

    Tyler ----- Love it. I have a brother named Tyler and think it's a great name.
