Hello All! I am rounding 39 weeks in a few days, and although Im getting a little late start, I need to start freezing some meals so we have things ready for the chaos that will be our lives soon! Anyone have easy to freeze meal ideas? On my list, I just have chili, spaghetti sauce and meatballs, and chicken tortilla soup. Thanks in advance!

For your casseroles did you just assemble them and then freeze? Or did you assemble..bake..then freeze?? Because I LOVE casseroles on busy nights! So I am sure I will love them even more once our bundle of love arrives
When you freeze a casserole you prepare it up until the point that you would put it in the oven to bake it. Freeze it, and then when you're ready to make it, you just bake it at what you would have ordinarily. Does that make sense?
Ugh, I desperately need to start doing this. I went grocery shopping (like MAJOR shopping) last weekened. I plan on going again this weekend to just get some things that I forgot, etc. Sunday I am hoping to cook, but I honestly have NO clue what to cook.
That makes perfect sense! Thanks!!
