What kind of things do you remember about the posters on this board? Are you able to see someone's name/siggy/avatar and think "Oh, that's the person who _______"?

I have the worst memory. Someone can tell me the same story twice and it takes me until they are halfway done to be like "this sounds familiar...". I recognize posters here by their avatars and siggy pics but most of the time I can't recall off the top of my head something personal about them that would have been shared.

This is me a lot of the time although there are certainly posters that I know well and of course I remember details about them.

I can usually recall basic info about people who are regular posters. If someone is more of an occasional poster, I usually only remember one thing. I remember, Rink, that your LO also had some food issues, like A. Is this correct?Also, if I remember, you are a younger mom. I hope I'm right about these things, haha!

You're right. Both of my kids have food allergies (DS1- Whey & Soy, DS2-Whey) and I'm 24 (had/having my children at 19,23, and 24)

Me too!!! I've talked about how great a movie was with someone and then they're like... "I know- I saw it with you at the theatre!"

I'm not very good at remembering things at all- I do recall I think I sent Jilly some formula checks once, and Kellog has cruddy health problems. Sad Rink I don't recall much about you! See how much I pay attention??

Kellog is a...doula maybe?

OSC makes awesome crafts & Charlie was our first baby born, right?

MommaEA is an SLP like me

That's all I can think of right now...guess I remember occupations better than anything else?

I'm pretty bad at remembering off the top of my head. Other than Jilly being from NJ, I don't remember much about anyone specifically. I remember a lot of posts, stories and conversations, but not necessarily who was involved

Aww yay for SLPs! OSC is crafty just like her name says and it seems like everyone remembers that cute Charlie! AFanch and I think jnicolen are both SLPs. Halo is getting a cool craft room. Mands has always been helpful. I'm sure there is more that I remember about people, but that is all I can think of right now. Oh, and like half the board is preggo again!

Yea...it's funny how you remember certain things about certain people. I too have a bad memory, but do remember some things about some people. Let's see...

MandaA (or something like that) lives in South Africa. I remember her because I'd love to go to South Africa. lol

Babycakes lives in Canada. lol I see this is becoming a pattern. hehe And she has that adorable little boy that his been claimed by baby Mamapajama already. hehe

Jilly is a school teacher in NJ...along with quite a few other momma's living in NJ, like Dee, Bosha and a few more I'm sure.

I'm sure these is more, but I'm super tired and can't think. lol

So true. I gotta get better so this is not something to remember about me. I always remember that your boys were both big newborns and you had GD, too.

I've been more of a lurker than a poster in the past, so I feel like I know all of you much better than you know me! I can't necessarily remember specifics, but I do recognize names and I usually remember your LO's names, too (if you've shared them). Like OSC - Charlie, Mands - Lulu, Jilly - Alexander, sofa - Penny. That's all I've got now, lol. And Kellina is from Rochester like me!

I used to think I was the only person on this board that couldn't remember anything about anyone! Now I don't feel so bad. haha

I mostly remember things about people I talk to the most or people who post a lot or regularly. Or people I have met!

I also remember old siggy pictures that people had. Kellina had one of her and her boys on a train. Bosha had one of her, her H and A laying on the ground. I remember way back in the day Lilm had a pic of Freighdym and Justyce. haha

This is how I am, too. I am bad with names (IRL, too)

Also, I can't really name things off the top of my head, but if someone brings up something first, I will most likely be like, "oh yeah, I remember that!"

I tend to remember more about the ladies I've had personal connections with (makes sense)

OSC because she shared her turkey meatballs in the crockpot recipe which we love; BOTB b/c she helped me with my etsy site; Kellina b/c we're both from Upstate NY; NurseDevivo b/c she was my 1/2 birthday elf and Kristi221 b/c we were both on Project Wedding
