Countdown gift for grandparents

My friend gave this really cute ceramic looking plaque/frame that had "countdown to grandbaby's arrival" or something like that. Then there was a place for you to use a dry erase marker to keep track of the number of weeks left before the EDD.

She can't remember where she got it!

Does anyone know of something like this and where I could get it? DH's family are 7hours away and I think this will be a neat thing for them to feel more connected to the pg.

    I saw something similar at Hallmark.  It was wood and said something like "weeks until I'm a grandma."  Above the saying were two wooden blocks that you could rotate as needed.  I'm thinking about buying it for MIL.
