anyone else have an umbilical hernia?

in 2nd Trimester

Just wondering if anyone else else has (or had) an umbilical hernia?

I had one with my first, then the problem went away, and now its back earlier in this pregnancy and already worse. I'm a little scared for 3rd tri when it's this bad already.

    They thought I did with my son, but I didn't. I am sorry you are experiencing this though. Aside from not looking so great I know that they hurt. :(

    I just learned this past week that I have a hernia.  Apparently I probably got it during my first pregnancy but my previous ob didn't diagnose it.  Its already bothersome this time around and my midwife (at a new practice) said it would probably be really uncomfortable in the third tri.  She also said not to get it fixed until I'm totally done having kids.  I'm glad she noticed and told me about it but I'm worried about what will happen as my belly grows.
