Eris used to do a Late night ladies, but now she's in greener pastures at PAL

Its not very late and I am lame, but what's going on? I'm watching a re run of Jersey Shore. I should probably be ashamed of that, if I weren't so addicted to it.

Eris-Probably start from 1 since last time I tried to watch it the power went out for a good 8 hours.

dnhosking- Not necessarily. I usually wake up when he gets home but then roll right around and go back to sleep. I think I've got insomnia because no matter what I do I can't seem to sleep at a decent hour anymore.

Very cool. Lots of luck to YH. When does he take the test? I've never seen Jersey Shore. I think it would drive me crazy, but I would be stuck watching it if I get started...like a car wreck. I avoid the Real Housewives for the same reason. My big guilty pleasure bad TV shows are 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom. Again, total car wreck, but I can't stop now. Embarrassed

I think for the time being, I will just jump in on any LNL posts that are happening over here. I'm not sure I will be able to start one regularly on PAL and that board tends to be so much quieter than this one.

I'm pretty bored too. I have gotten all of the tidying up that I am allowed to do done, DS is still sleeping and DH is firmly entrenched in his game. I'm trying to find things to do online.

How's your incision healing? How are you feeling? I know you mentioned being exhausted before. You are definitely not alone there. I had to go get my incision checked today. It was feeling really raw and irritated and smelled kind of funny (TMI, I know). Apparently I was having an allergic reaction to the steri strips they put on after they took out the staples, so now I have meds to put on it until the irritation goes away. Other than that, and some soreness I have been feeling pretty good.

I watched a casting special for Real World once a long time ago and they were purposely casting whoever they thought would do the craziest things and cause the most drama.

I feel you on the steri strips I am allergic to everything! I accidentally riped mine off in the hospital while scratching what I thought was sticky left over from the damn hospital tape.

H has been taking advantage of me not being pregnant all of a sudden, he has stopped cleaning the litter box and I am doing that now his reasoning is I was pregnant for 2 years and he had to clean it. He so sucks right now!

A is laying in the floor sleeping he has been having really bad tummy aches I feel so bad for him.

I go back to the OB for my 2w follow up Friday and that same day A is getting circumcised.

We are thinking about moving back in town I miss apartment living so hopefully I can talk H in to it. So far I think he likes.

Oh and if H doesn't take me out of this house tomorrow something bad is going to happen!

Flash fiction is usually super super short, less than 1000 words and sometimes no more than a few hundred! I was really burned on writing after I finished school, too, it took me almost a year to really want to work on anything again. But that was enough years ago that I've become reacquainted with working on the things I'm interested in

Not cool DH!! I think mine is going to continue cleaning the cat box because I do most of the other chores. Plus he has been awesome about helping me out while I am healing and he is home. I think I helps that I do most of the night time stuff with C.

I can imagine wanting to live in town. You are pretty isolated where you are, aren't you? I think that would drive me crazy. I hope you can convince him. And I hope you gets you out of the house. I've been pretty lucky and have gotten out of the house every day since Friday, although I get pretty worn out pretty quickly. Tomorrow will be the first long stretch of being all alone with C. DH has band practice for 3 hours in the evening, so it's just me. It's good though since DH goes back to work next week.

About a year ago, DH and I were at a bar. This production crew was asking people to audition for a show. You basically filled out a form, where they asked you about the craziest things you had ever done and then did a quick video audition. The premise was a southern -style Jersey Shore. They were looking for all the stereotypes for the show- the southern bells, the rednecks, etc. So all these people at the bar were getting wasted so that they could give the craziest auditions. It was very entertaining to watch. They tried to get me to audition but when they realized I hated the stereotypes and didn't talk like a hillbilly, I was not so surprisingly ignored.

As for DTF- its another way of saying you are frisky, and kookah is your girls bits. Now I have corrupted you!

Yeah for a LNL post! Its been a while since we have had one. DH and I did some marketing research for his job tonight, which meant gambling with money that wasn't ours! It was a blast and I actually made us $125 from $40 of our own money! We get to do this once a month and stay in the casino's hotel. It is a great escape from real life for a night!

It is about CEO's that go undercover in their companies to learn about their operations and the people that work for them. At the end, and after learning about their people's lives, they make some type of donation to improve their life. It is quite touching....

Very cool. I am definitely going to check out your blog. Mine is listed in my siggy, but I'm not sure it's all that interesting. I started it when I get pregnant with C and am frequently behind in my posts.

GL getting published. I have a friend who is an author and I think she eventually just decided to self-publish. She just put her collection of short stories up on Amazon for the Kindle. If/when you get published, I would love to read your work.

We are big gamer geeks as well. DH was going to play SWTOR, but he's been too obsessed with Skyrim lately. He even got in on the beta and really hasn't done anything with it. What are some of your other favorites games? And do you prefer PC, console, or no preference. I'm always curious to see what different gamers like best.

You basically filled out a form, where they asked you about the craziest things you had ever done and then did a quick video audition. The premise was a southern -style Jersey Shore. Interesting. I am really kind of fascinated by the psychology of that whole process; the people who audition and the ones that do the casting. I bet it was a blast to watch.
