Here's mine. I still have not sent thank you notes to some people from my shower. I was working on them in groups before I had DS - I did my Mom's side, my Dad's, DH's mom's side and then I never did his Dad's side

If it makes you feel better I never sent mine. I had them all written and mostly addressed and stamped and was just waiting for FI to sign them and for a few addresses I didn't have and they got thrown away by the cleaning people and I just never got around to doing it again.

I haven't sent the thank yous from my second shower.....they are on my table and I plan to finish them.......hmmmmmm shoulnd get to those!

Oh, and I finally looked up how to make paragraphs on HTML so I don't look crazy when I respond on my iPad.... I am trying it out now....hope it worked!

I LOVE the picture of your DS in your siggy. **I don't mean this offensively AT ALL** He looks like a baby dinosaur. SO CUTE!

It's nice. But it does involve a great deal of trusting your SO. We have developed some 'rules' that we both think are appropriate and function freely within those limits. It helps keep things spicey lol.

Please share your rules/how this works. I'm dying to know.

The rules are:

1) We ask each other's permission.

2) We have to both like or at least not dislike the extra person

3) We have to know the person at least a little, no one off the street. This way, there is less of a chance for drama later.

4) The other person has to agree to both of us being there and/or participating and understand that it's 'recreational' only. No long term commitments. If everyone agrees, we can repeat as desired, but if it's no fun for someone, then all bets are off.

5) Condoms are mandatory, we don't care what BCP you're on. And I've had the depo shot, but you can never be too safe. Plus STD's. But it's always been among friends, so that's never been an issue.

Wow. Greatest confession ever! Thank you! You must be so so secure with yourself. I would compare myself too much. So....kudos to you for being so sure of who you are!

My confession is that I told DH I was working on my first glass of wine. I just poured my third. Indifferent

I'm just now starting to work on them. And I wasn't at all good about keeping track of the gifts that were sent after he was born.

This is fascinating!! How often do you sleep with DH (alone) vs. other partners or threesomes? How do you bring it up when you feel like having sex with someone else?

DH alone, probably 3 times a week. We have a guy that we've been real steady with for a while now that joins us about 2 times a week in addition. Since we've had DD, we've been laying a little low with the rest of our friends lol.

When we feel like having sex with someone else, we just say, "Hey, I think I'd like to get with so and so. You into that?" Real simple.
