  I typically wear a 14/16 in pants and am not a fan of the bella band...just me.

  If you get the over the belly pants there is not too much extra since it grows with you.

  I really like Old Navy and Kohls.

  The Bella Band can be used with your regular pants unbuttoned and unzipped, as well as wearing it with maternity pants that are too big to help hold them up. I also have friends that used them after baby is born to continue to wear maternity jeans or to help fit in pre-maternity jeans that are still too small.

  I bought 2 belly bands but I'm going to return one.  I'm 18/20 and I just find that it moves around too much, rolls down, etc. so I'm just loving maternity pants instead!  I've bought stuff at Motherhood and A Pea in the Pod (you can look online and see which stores carry plus sizes), Old Navy, Target (XXL) and JC Penney (bought online and they'll ship free to a store near you!).  Good luck!

  I really love Old Navy maternity. There isn't a huge selection, but they are cute.  If buy from Old Navy, their maternity sizes run a little large.  I can usually buy the size under what I would normally wear.

  I hated the bella band, I used it once with pregnancy #1 and threw it away.  I'd rather just move right to maternity pants.  I start at GAP maternity (b/c they have the most "normal" clothes) and go from there.

  I hate the bella band and wish I would have just invested more in maternity pants or yoga pants.  Old navy sells great maternity pants that just have a slightly thicker elastic band not the other the stomach ones.  The full panel pants always made me too hot and itchy, the elastic waist just sat perfect under my belly.  Also kohls or target and most Macy's sell maternity.  I did find too that maternity tops were not my style, so I just found extra long cut regular shirts and bought a size or two bigger.

  I went and bought some at Target and I was not impressed by their selection at all. I have been looking online at Old Navy and it seems they have a better selection. I will probably be returning the clothes to Target and buying new ones from Old Navy.
