DS started shaking his head (like if he's saying no). He does it a few times then stops. At random times he does this. It just started a few days ago. He's 7 months. Anyone else?
Mine did that, too, at about the same age. Don't know what it meant, but he has since stopped. We used to think it was pretty funny and ask him questions. "Do you want peas for dinner?" "Are you voting republican next year?"
"And just know that your sun will shine just as sure as this world can spin, and I know you'll find that it's almost time for that love to come 'round again." -David Wilcox "Almost Time"
my lo does it all the time. If we do it back to him he laughs and sometimes will start shaking his head too. I think it might be the world spinning that he likes.
Yes, LO did this around 6 months and it was weird! She looked crazy to me. The things they do!

Appt w RE Oct 2012 and got a BFP that day! Thank you, Lord. Nov 23 7 week u/s - so far so good. Jan 3 12 week u/s - still going strong.
My daughter does this now too (she used to do it when she was around 3 months when she was tired and it stopped until recently). I used to worry about it a lot since she is epileptic but her neurologist and doctor say this is completely normal (my MIL is a pediatrician too). I think they like this new "dizzy" sensation. It's usually in her high chair or swing.

Yup DD's been doing this for a few months now. It really is a cheap high to ask her funny things when she's doing it. She cracks up when we laugh or imitate her, which causes her to do it more. I hate encouraging it because I know in a few more months, it will really mean NO and won't be so cute...but it's too darn funny!

Yes! My LO does it a lot. Pretty much every time he's on his back. I finally realized he's trying to scratch the back of his head.
