Does your H go to all of your appointments?

Only the u/s ones. He would go if I asked him, but I don't see the point.

Nope. He only came to the a/s with me. It's really hard for him to take off work and I don't mind going to the appts alone.

DH only goes to my MFM appointments, and that's because I get ultrasounds. Like you, I don't see a point in him going for the whole 10 minutes I'm actually with my regular OB.

He came to my 1st two OB appointments and then to all of my perinatologist appointments. I don't really see the point of him attending the regular OB appts now that they are just "pee in a cup, step on the scale, measure the belly, listen to the HB, head on out the door." Depending on how our new complications affect the rest of the pregnancy, he might start coming to the regular OB appts as well at some point.

I don't think it's a big deal if they don't go to all the routine appointments, but my DH does go if he's free. He likes to hear her heartbeat and stay informed and involved. Neither of us freak out if he can't get out of work to come.

This. although he finally had a chance to come again last week and my appt was all of about 5 minutes!

My H has gone to all of my appointments. To me, its not a big deal and I've told him he doesn't have to go but he's pretty insistent on being there for each one.

My H has gone to all of them with the exception of one, when he was out of town. We have been very lucky though, that our doctor is good at being on time, and we have been able to schedule all of them after work. We carpool together anyhow, so we just drive right to the dr. together, go to the appt. and go home. He loves going and hearing the info the dr. has. He often has more questions than I do, so it's good for him.

DH went to the first 4 appointments. We were at a fertility center so it was really touch and go on what was going to happen and we really needed one another.

When we switched practices he came to the two appointments so we could pick which OB/MW to go with. Otherwise the normal check ins I go it alone.

He will be coming to my 34 or 36 week ultra sound because that will be the follow up to see what happens with the fibroid and if we are a c-section or vaginal. It's a big deal so he needs to be there and wants to be there.

Mine has up until now. He's going to be away on business for the next one so it's the first one I'll do on my own. I know he really likes hearing the heartbeat each time we go, so it's worth it for him to leave work an hour early.

DH tries to go to all of them. I tell him all the time that they aren't doing anything interesting and it isn't necc for him to miss work but he wants to be there.

Yup he comes to literally everything. We schedule it just so he can come. I would feel so weird without him there for every step. He goes to all of the ones he can. He did that with DD also, and he tries to make it to all her pedi appts too. He would go to all of them if he could and we try to schedule it that way.

My DH has gone to all of them from the very beginning! But luckily his schedule is really good with work (he only works 16 days out of the month, their 12 hour shifts though) so i always manage to schedule our appts when hes off! He loves going cause he likes to be there to see everything. and usually we dont wait more than 5-8 min from the time we sign in to the time we are called back so its not a long wait at all! This is our first so we are both excited at every appointment and like some of the other pp's he likes to chime in and ask the dr questions and also remind me of questions that i told him to remind me of in case i forget!!

No, mine went to the gender ultrasound. He doesn't have the patience to wait in the waiting room with me, and it's a pain for him to leave work since he's on linecrew for the power company. Anyways he plans on taking a lot of time(3-4 weeks) off when baby gets here.
