? about CD 1 and m/c (ticker warning for DS)

Ok ladies, I am just in the process of moving my chart to Fertility Friend.  I have a bunch of data going back to my last AF.  My question is this...what day is CD1...the day I started spotting and it was confirmed that I had lost the lo or the day of my D&C or some other date entirely.  Thanks for your help.

    Hmm with a D&C I marked CD 1 as the day of surgery.

    Hope this helps! This cycle following your loss will be wonky and crazy anyways.... I wouldn't stress about it too much!
