So I had a really rough csection and had gained alot of weight during my pregnancy (35lbs) and actually alot right before (30lbs) so im trying to stay proactive about losing it, I joined weight watchers and am walking a good hour everyday...
any other tips on staying on track??

I agree with the previous poster. I had to start out super slow because I ended up on bed-rest at the end of my pregnancy then ended up with an emergency c-section when an ECV went wrong. I mostly just walked my errands with my little guy in a baby carrier after I was cleared to do that, then eased back in to working out with Nia (it's like a fusion of yoga, martial arts, and modern dance), then doing running/walking intervals at the gym. Now, he's six months old, and I've been running for about two months now.
I still have 18 lbs to go (I was 5'2" and 115 lbs before), but now I'm running 3 miles most days and doing some weights afterwards. Just keep at it!
