Getting mildew smell out - stripping with oxyclean didn't work

I'm going nuts, the smell of mildew drives me insane.  i left town and asked DH to wash the diapers and he got one batch but forgot another which sat for an entire week.  I've washed and washed and stripped with oxyclean but I still smell mildew as soon as I put them on him.  Do I need to replace the MF inserts?

Will stripping with Dawn or vinegar work better?  I also sunned them all for 2 whole days.
