I have dropped a lot of weight very quickly since I am super busy and can't find the time to eat anymore. I have been keeping up with pumping but Lefty seems to be drying up big time. I just pumped after waiting 6 hours and I only got 2.5 oz. This is making me very sad. Is anyone else having one boob that drying up?

I think so. I just have to find the time to get over to Super Target to get some. My days start at 4 am now and are go go go until 9pm. I need squeeze a trip in somewhere.
ohhh so that's where the chocolate granola came to be!

I'm right there with you.
I've been feeding Liv nonstop but somehow she doesn't seem to be getting enough and I am not filling up as much as I used to. I also haven't been eating well, too busy, forgetting, or had a cookie before dinner and not wanting to eat anything else after that.
Today I went out to get Mother's Milk tea and I'm hoping to keep up or get it back up. Liv has been fussing at the left also as if there's nothing there. She doesn't seem to have the same problem at the right which has always been the "generous" one. But even the right one doesn't fill up as much as it used to either
Hope it gets better for us. I'm taking Fenugreek and eating oatmeals too but I still keep drying up. I'm also very sad and yesterday I had to tell myself that I would be happy if I can keep up at least until she is 6 months old.
Good luck to both of us.
yep. it is my fault. Archer Farms at Target has a cherry chocolate chunk granola cereal that is DIVINE!! And I posted how it actually boosted my supply.
Turtle....I hope I am not fully drying up. I will have a meltdown.

Mine alternate which one produces less. It's crazy one day lefty puts righty to shame, and then the next day it's like righty comes back with a vengeance! I think the eating and drinking lots of water is what is making it so hard for me to maintain my supply. Right now I'm basically just keeping up with LO's needs when she's at her grandparents.
My problem is before I got pregnant I was on a 1200 calorie diet, and no I wasn't starving myself, I was eating a ton of fruits and vegetables and pretty much the only meat I ate was chicken or turkey and tuna. So... I ate all day long, just not anything high calorie.... And I'm a protein junky (I think that's my supply's saving grace). Anyway, since I've had K, now I'm struggling trying to eat more calories to keep the supply up. = And I've never been one to drink a lot of liquids, so I'm trying really hard to do that now too. I'm actually considering putting a post-it on the side of my monitor that says "Drink your water!" so every time I look at it I'll take a drink! Sigh... And I really miss my caffeine...but when I gave that up my supply boosted up a little.
I was having supply issues when I wasn't making it a priority to eat so I went and got a bunch of easy to eat stuff like granola bars and stuff like that. That way I could throw them into my purse/leave them on the coffee table/etc. and when I'd see them I'd eat one.
