I rather like it. I think it goes perfectly with Annabel.
It's a long name, and not too easy to shorten, but I don't think that makes it unsuitable. If your last name is long or hard to pronounce, I think it would be too much all together, but for a shorter or simpler last name, I think there would be no problem.
I love the name Sebastian or even Basitan (from the Neverending Story). I'm not a fan of Milo. I went to school with a Sebastion and never heard any bad nicknames...everyone just called him Seb...
TTC 12/2009 Me: 32 - Stage II Endo / DH: 36 - Low count and morphology (1%) IUIs 1-3 BFN, lap Dec. 2010, IUIs 4-6 BFN IVF w/ICSI #1 - ER 2/8: 24R 19M 9F ET 2/13 2-5 day blasts (no frosties) = BFP - b/g twins! E & C Born 10/19/2012
LOVE Milo, HATE HATE HATE Sebastian. Can you honestly see a football player named Sebastian? Or even a doctor?
Actually, the kicker for the Oakland Raiders is Sebastian Janikowski.
Sebastian Richard (MN after my late father) will be our DS name. Obviously we love it and wanted something with a Spanish flare to it since DH's family is from Spain. Our favorite city in Spain is San Sebastian, which we visted on our honeymoon, so he'll be named after that. I think it's definitely becoming more popular although we're not sharing our name until he's born as we don't want to hear any of the negative feedback!
I like it, its actually my 1 year old nephews name. Just to warn you, it is becoming quite popular actually! As well as Xavier. My other nephews name. Just be careful.. by the time kiddy is in school he might have a class full of sebastians!
Re: Give it to me, ladies.

the sebastian I know uses sebas as a nn
I don't really care for milo
