Just wanted to share my mom's experience with PBK. She is getting DD an anywhere chair for Christmas and a bedding set for her birthday in January. She called customer service because she wanted to make sure the bedding and the chair matched. The representative actually put her on hold and ran out to the warehouse so she could compare colors and find the best match. This is above and beyond in my book!
I know PBK stuff is expensive but if their quality is as good as their customer service I think it will be money well spent!
I am such a dork. Between the PBK stuff and the Step 2 Kitchen we got for DD I am going to have such a hard time waiting til Dec and Jan!

I agree!! On the 800 number customer service at least. When I ordered DD's couch last year she helped me realize that because her name was over 9 letters the best idea was not to have them embroider it and go somewhere else once I got it. (Yes I was have a duh mommy moment that day).
As for the store... no way... I had a super rude store manager this weekend.
Love Pottery Barn! When we moved last year the movers took apart my LO's(3 month old) crib and didn't know how to put it together again. As a result it was wobbly adn full of scratches and dings. When the moving company offered me a whopping $37 to replace I $500 crib I was LIVID.
I immediatley called PB to see if they could send me new hardware so I could attempt to fix it myself. My emotions got the best of me and I started crying to the poor lady on the phone. Well she ended up sending us a BRAND NEW CRIB! LOVE, love love PB!!!
