Late to post this time. Just got power back in my house.
Update: this last follistim cycle was a fail. I'm now saving for IVF hopefully to be done next year. Until then, i'm going to keep myself healthy mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. Hopefully DH and I can regain some normalcy in our lives and hope for a miracle to happen.
QOTW: We got hit by Irene's winds and rain. Early Sunday afternoon we had lost power in our home. We didn't really do anything until early evening. During the day, we just caught up on housework. Later in the day, we took all of our frozen foods to MIL house, filled the house with candles and flashlights, picked up some ice and moved the fridge stuff to a cooler. Dinner was take out.

No real updates. Progesterone came back low at this morning's blood draw so I start Crinone tomorrow for the first time.
QOTW: Well, I felt the earthquake up here in NJ earlier in the week and got hit by Irene as well. We prepared for Irene by bringing all patio furniture inside, getting flashlights ready, stocking up on wine and food, etc. We had some flooding in our development, some down trees, and lost power for 45 hours. My family has a house in OBX and it lost part of the roof. My parents are heading down now to handle all of that.
Married 8/2009, TTC since 4/2010
ME: 30, DOR- Low amh, normal fsh/afc DH: 30, morphology issue IVF #1- BFN IVF #2- BFP!!! Beautiful baby girl became an angel on 2/6/13 at 17.5 weeks due to PPROM/IC
IVF #3- New RE... February March 2014! 8r/6m/6f. Transferred one and have one frostie! BFP! EDD 12/7/14 **PAIF/SAIF welcome**
QOTW: We're in a severe drought here but I have experienced hurricanes and tornadoes where I live. I always just make sure to have a case of water, non-perishable food on hand, flashlights close and a charged cell phone. I grew up in all these situations and don't freak out when extreme weather comes.
1) What is your name (if you want to share)? Kristin
2) When did you start TTC (month/year)? Aug 2010
3) What is your diagnosis, if you have one? DH - low morphology (2%) and possible endo for me (will do lap if 3 IUI's don't work)
4) What treatments have you done? Bloodwork, HSG, SA, sonograms, IUI #1 was on Aug 26.

QOTW: Just curious since there has been a LOT of bad weather hitting all over the country lately, have you been in any severe weather (recent or otherwise)? How did you prepare and what happened?
Living in Texas, the only bad weather we ever see is tornados. I have actually not witnessed a tornado in my immediate area, but there have been some close by. We hid in our closet with the pets
No changes here... still waiting to finish lupron....
QOTW: If I want to remember the worst ever, I would go back to childhood- hurricane Andrew. We boarded up the house and definitely loaded up on all sorts of supplies. I remember my dad pulled a mattress in the hallway for my sister and I to sleep on (though who the heck can sleep through a hurricane) but we had to keep our shoes on! We were fortunate to not have any major damage to our house other than the screened in porch and trees and no power. One of our cousins lost their roof and came to live with us for a while.
I know I'm late to my own party... things have been hectic at work, lately. Anyway, I'm taking my last Femara pill tonight and start taking OPKs on Friday. I am assuming we'll trigger and get our #2 IUI sometime this weekend.
QOTW: Most of you know that a tornado hit our house back on Apr. 15 and then that huge tornado ripped through the state of AL and my city on the 27th of April. We also had a F5 tornado hit about a block from where I used to live when I was a senior in high school. It gets crazy scary tornado-wise around here.
When I was younger I lived closer to the Gulf coast and we endured several hurricanes including Andrew. That one sticks out for me b/c we were without power for 3 days and that was one of the first big storms I'd ever been in.
