Prefera OB One. My OB's office gave me a bunch to try and I liked it the best. It has iron that doesn't bug my stomach and DHA. It's fairly easy to swallow (I have scar tissue in my throat from and ulcer so that was a big + for me).
I take Source Naturals Mother's Choice. It comes with DHA. I mainly use it because my dad gets it through his practice so I don't have to buy them myself.
If you're into brands that are all natural and known for best quality, Source Naturals is a great one to look into. The pills stink but that's just because they don't put anything in to cover the smell.
Ditto on the Vitafusion gummies. I was having trouble swallowing the pills and keeping them down. Now the gummies are one of the few things that don't repulse me.
I take the NatureMade Prenatal vitamins. They are USP approved and verified. Since there is really no standard for vitamins USP is a good group to check and see if your vitamins are approved or not.
I am taking the One a Day prenatals with the extra DHA tablet...I can get them at BJ's and since my first doctors appointment is not until Sept 20th I figure it is better than nothing. I take them with dinner and haven't had any problems so far with them making me sick...then again I haven't had an MS either but I hear that doesn't usually hit until week 6 so I may have a few more days left of nausea freedom hopefully though not at all!
Another vote for VitaFusion Prenatal Gummies. They're delicious, so it feels like a treat instead of a chore to take them, and unlike pretty much every other vitamin I've tried, they don't make me feel sick or give me those gross "vitamin burps."
I tried Target's Up & Up generic version (usually I'm a GIANT fan of Target's generics), but the flavor was off and they had kind of a fishy aftertaste, I'm guessing because of lower quality Omega-3 sources.
I was taking the VitaFusion Prenatal gummies even before I knew I was pregnant (and I wasn't particularly ttc) just because they're so tasty!

I take these as well, Dr. said they have everything I need! I also like them because you only have to take 1 a day unlike many brands.

Wow! Thanks for all the replies, ladies. I'm overwhelmed now, but I guess I'll start out with the Target brand, since Target is close to my house and super cheap.
They are food-based vitamins and include probiotics. The daily dose is split into 3 pills (breakfast, lunch, dinner) so it's easier on the stomach and has better absorption than 1 mega-dose. They don't have any dyes, sugars, or unfermented soy.
I also take Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA (fish oil).
Re: Favorite prenatal vitamins?
CitraNatal w/ DHA
Most natural and safe for baby. Also includes stool softner.
I take the Vitafusion gummy prenatals. I tried others but they were way too hard to keep down.
ETA : I've found them at Target and Meijer stores.

Target Brand Up & Up Prenatals. I also take an additional Folic Acid, Magnesium, Calcium and DHA supplement.
