I took out chicken this morning with the intention of making lemon pepper chicken for dinner but now that doesn't sound good! Care to share your chicken recipe with me? Thanks! :)

Re: NBR~ Chicken recipe

  • I am lame, I always just throw a marinade on it. Either BBQ, Italian Dressing, Teriyaki, etc.

  • I like to bake it in the oven with cream of chicken over the top of it (mixed with only half a can of water instead of a whole can so it is thicker)  then serve it with white rice...yum!

I also love it BBQd with just a little garlic salt and pepper!

  • I love love LOVE this recipe from eatbetteramerica.com. It's healthy and very easy to make. Only thing I would do differently is double the sauce because it's so tasty and isn't enough in it's current measurements.

    Prep Time:20 min
    Start to Finish:40 min
    makes:4 servings
    1/3cup pineapple preserves
    2tablespoons packed brown sugar
    1tablespoon soy sauce
    1/4teaspoon crushed red pepper
4boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch cubes (1 lb)
1medium red bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1medium green bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1cup pineapple chunks
    1/4teaspoon salt
1.Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, stir together pineapple preserves, brown sugar, soy sauce and crushed red pepper.
2.Cut 4 (24x12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil. Divide chicken, bell peppers, pineapple chunks and pineapple preserves mixture among foil sheets. Sprinkle with salt. Bring up 2 sides of foil so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion. Fold other sides to seal.
3.Place packets on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 6 minutes. Using tongs, carefully turn packets over, taking care not to puncture foil. Cook 10 to 12 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are crisp-tender.

  • My favorite (and very unhealthy) chicken recipe is...just forgot the name...we'll call it ranch chicken.

1 pouch ranch dressing mix + (1 cup?) parmesan cheese + (1 cup?) crushed cornflakes

    melt butter

dredge chicken in butter and then ranch mix

    bake until done

    Mouth watering!

    Edit: bad grammer

  • Love this quick recipe!

Preheat oven to 375.  Sometimes I pump it up to 400 to make chicken crispier.

Mix 1/2 cup of bread crumbs with 1/2 cup of parm cheese.

Mix1/2 cup of dijon mustard with 1/2 cup evaporated milk.

Line baking pan with tinfoil and spray Pam.

Cut chicken breasts in tender size pieces.  Dip in mustard/evap. milk mixture and then in bread crumbs/cheese.

Put chicken on baking pan and bake for 20 min.  Flip chicken halfway through baking time.

  • Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 bottle of Russian dressing, 1 jar apricot perserves, 1 packet onion soup mix and 1 cup hot water. Combine and pour over chicken breast cut into tender size pieces. You can either bake in the oven in a pyrex dish or put in the crockpot. I serve it over white or brown rice.

  • Garlic Cheddar chicken is one of our favorite go-to recipes, or if you're looking for a crockpot recipe one day, crockpot salsa chicken is easy & yummy.
