I usually wear a nursing bra under my nursing tank, but am wondering if this is even necessary? I just thought it was nice to have the extra support, but it does make nursing a hassle still
No, the tank supports me just fine. A bra under it seems a little redundant, but if you need the extra support then why not I guess. If that were the case for me though, I would probably wear a nursing bra and just a regular tank top over it.
No, I don't wear a nursing bra under my nursing tank. I have a Gilligan & O'Malley nursing tank from Target, and I find it provides more than enough support for me.
Around the house I just wear the nursing tank. If I'm going out, I throw another shirt over the top of it. I find most nursing bras to be uncomfortable, so I try to avoid them.
If I'm just going to be around the house I wear a nursing tank. If I'm going out I wear a nursing bra and then just put a camisole tank over it. They are easy to pull down with the nursing flap of the bra and then my tummy is covered but the girls still get all the support they need.
I have a few glamourmom nursing tanks that I will wear out of the house (with a shirt over). They give more support than the target nursing tanks... it's more of a sports bra type support so not the most flattering look- but they at least keep my boobs up and not at my navel.
