Working out and Bfing

I saw the post about WW's, but I'm not doing that. I just plan to eat healthy and go to the gym.

If you did/do the same, did you notice a drop in your supply?  I'm struggling to get my supply up as it is (Fenugreek, Oatmeal with flaxseed, Mothers milk tea) and I don't want to do something that will tank all my hard work.

 Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

  • I think that as long as you are listening to your body and eating healthy snacks when you are hungry and excercising in a healthy way then you should be fine. Don't deprive your body if you are hungry because that probably will tank your supply. I haven't noticed any dip in my supply since I started eating right and working out. I've lost 25 lbs pp.

  • I would also make sure that if you're sweating, you're taking in adequate amounts of additional water to compensate.

  • Just don't starve yourself or let yourself go hungry.  When you eat make healthy choices, foods you want LO to have since technically thats where it's going.
