I saw the post about WW's, but I'm not doing that. I just plan to eat healthy and go to the gym.
If you did/do the same, did you notice a drop in your supply? I'm struggling to get my supply up as it is (Fenugreek, Oatmeal with flaxseed, Mothers milk tea) and I don't want to do something that will tank all my hard work.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I think that as long as you are listening to your body and eating healthy snacks when you are hungry and excercising in a healthy way then you should be fine. Don't deprive your body if you are hungry because that probably will tank your supply. I haven't noticed any dip in my supply since I started eating right and working out. I've lost 25 lbs pp.
